2. ELIGIBILITY

Globetrotter Wellness Solutions provides educational, consulting, training, event management, leadership development, professional development, networking, and wellness-related services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any Service at any time without prior notice.

 

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • Fees are non-transferable

6. EVENT REGISTRATION POLICIES

Registration policies may vary by event and will be communicated on registration pages and event materials.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Registrations are non-refundable
  • Registration transfers may be permitted at GWS discretion
  • Event schedules, speakers, locations, and activities may change without notice
  • We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events due to circumstances beyond our control

If an event is canceled by GWS, registrants may receive a refund, credit, or transfer option as determined by GWS.

GWS is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging expenses, lost wages, or other costs incurred by attendees.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE

By attending a GWS event, webinar, training, meeting, workshop, conference, summit, expo, facility tour, or related activity, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, livestreams, and other media may be captured.

You grant Globetrotter Wellness Solutions, LLC and its representatives the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such media for educational, promotional, marketing, advertising, public relations, and business purposes in any format now known or later developed.

You waive any right to inspect or approve such materials and understand that no compensation will be provided for their use.

 

8. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

Participation in educational programs, online courses, instructor training programs, coaching services, mentorship programs, certifications, or professional development activities does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Professional advancement
  • Certification approval
  • Continuing education credit approval
  • Business success
  • Specific outcomes or results

Participants are responsible for meeting all requirements associated with any certification or credentialing body.

 

9. MEMBERSHIPS AND ONLINE COMMUNITIES

Users participating in communities, memberships, forums, discussion groups, or networking platforms agree to:

  • Treat others respectfully
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

GWS reserves the right to remove content or terminate participation at its sole discretion.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, republished, modified, shared publicly, or used commercially without prior written permission.
