Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in Collegiate Fitness programs, courses, and community offerings. We are committed to providing valuable professional development opportunities for student fitness professionals and collegiate fitness leaders.

Due to the digital nature of our content and the immediate access granted upon enrollment, all purchases of community memberships, digital courses, and instructor training programs are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Community Memberships

Enrollment in the Collegiate Fitness Community, including access to the Fitness Directors Circle or Student Fitness Collective, provides immediate access to digital resources, discussions, and member-only content. As a result, membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Members may cancel their membership at any time to prevent future billing cycles. Access will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Digital Courses & Instructor Training Programs

All purchases of Academy courses and instructor training programs delivered through CollegiateFitness.com are non-refundable once enrollment has been completed and access to course materials has been provided.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased content, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Live Events & Conferences

Refund policies for live events, conferences, and summits (including but not limited to FitExpo and the Collegiate Fitness Directors Summit) are managed separately through the event registration platform. Please refer to the specific event registration page for applicable refund and cancellation policies.
