The Demo Team Showcase has been a featured part of FitExpo since its introduction at the 2nd FitExpo in 1995. Over the years, it has become one of the most anticipated main stage moments, highlighting the creativity, collaboration, and performance skills of student fitness teams from campuses across the country.
Each performance brings a unique blend of formats, choreography, props, and equipment to the stage, giving teams the opportunity to showcase their personality, passion, and talent to peers and fitness professionals.
