Who This Is For

You know you want to work in fitness. You just don't know where you fit yet.

That gap is normal, and almost nobody talks about it. You can love this industry, be good at what you do, and still have no idea what your next move should be or what to do on Monday morning.

Career Boot Camp is built for exactly that. It is not a lecture you sit through. You will be talking, mapping, practicing, and writing for most of the afternoon, and you will not leave empty handed.

What's Included

What you get for $69

A professional headshot

Taken on site, yours to keep. Good enough for LinkedIn, your resume, and every application you send this year. Most people pay more than the price of this workshop for one.

0.4 CEUs

Approved through ACE, NASM, and AFAA. Four hours of instructional time, provided by Globetrotter Wellness Solutions.

The workbook and session slides

Yours to keep, in your library after the workshop, so you can come back to any of it whenever you need to.

A written action plan

Not a stack of notes you will never open. You finish it before you walk out the door.

Included With Your Ticket

You'll walk out with one of these

Real headshots from our last Career Boot Camp, shot on site by a professional photographer. Yours to keep and use anywhere.

The Afternoon

Four hours, start to finish

The Fitness Industry Today

The sectors and roles most people never hear about: medical fitness, active aging, corporate wellness, adaptive sports, education, manufacturing. Where the jobs actually are, and which ones fit how you want to work.

Map Your Career Curiosity

Small groups, guided prompts. What impact do you want to have, where do you want to work first, and what skills do you need to build to get there.

Your First Steps in the Industry

A panel on first jobs: how to evaluate an entry-level offer, the red flags and green flags in fitness employment, and the advice our speakers wish someone had given them at 20.

Interview Skills for Today's Industry

What companies actually look for on a resume, the online presence that can make or break you, and how to build an Elevator Story Pitch that sounds like a person instead of a script.

Mock Interviews and the Networking Sprint

You will run a real mock interview with a partner and get feedback on it. Then three-minute rotations with a goal of five genuine conversations. This is the part people tell us they were dreading and end up liking most.

Action Planning

You leave with a plan you wrote down, while the day is still fresh.

Questions

Before you register

Do I have to be registered for the conference?

No. Career Boot Camp is open to everyone and you can attend it on its own.

I'm still a student. Is this too early for me?

No. Students are exactly who this is built for. The earlier you get clear on direction, the more your next two years are worth.

What should I wear?

We take professional headshots on site, so dress for a photo you would actually put on LinkedIn. It doubles as good practice for the mock interview session.

What do I need to bring?

Something to write with, and your phone for the live polls. That is it.

Where exactly do I go, and where do I park?

Full venue details, arrival time, and parking and transit guidance go out by email before the workshop, so you will have everything you need well ahead of the day.

When do I get my headshot?

We email it to you after the workshop.

Can I buy this for a student or a colleague?

Yes. Choose Send as a gift at checkout and enter their name and email so the registration lands in their name. For a group, email us and we will set it up.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final.

Launch your future in fitness.

Four hours that change what your next two years look like.
